Lisa Harrison

Lisa was appointed Suncorp Group’s Chief Executive Officer Consumer Insurance in September 2023. Lisa is responsible for product, pricing, distribution, claims, brand and customer experience, and marketing and strategic partnerships within Suncorp Group’s home and motor portfolios.

Before this, Lisa was the Group’s CEO Insurance Product & Portfolio. Since joining Suncorp in 2004, Lisa has held leadership positions within Personal Insurance, including Customer, Product and Pricing, Strategy and Business Planning, and Brand and Marketing. She has also held the roles of Chief Customer and Digital Officer, Chief Program Excellence Officer, Executive General Manager (EGM) Customer Distribution in Suncorp Life and EGM Insurance Operations. Prior to joining Suncorp, Lisa held senior positions within Commonwealth Bank and Royal & Sun Alliance.

Lisa chairs the Insurance Council of Australia’s (ICA) Strategy Committee and sits on the Hazards Insurance Partnership between government and industry. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women, the Champions of Change Coalition Insurance Group, and an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and broader society.

Lisa is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
