Mark Reinke


Mark Reinke was appointed to the role of Advisor in October 2017.

Mark has over 25 years’ experience in senior customer, digital, marketing, product, distribution and strategy roles across financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and packaging industries.

Mark joined Suncorp in 2004, became General Manager Group Marketing in 2005, was appointed Executive General Manager in 2008, Group Executive Marketing in December 2013 and Chief Customer Experience Officer in March 2016. He led the integration of Suncorp and Promina customer and marketing functions, creating a single view of the customer across Suncorp Group, and has overseen significant improvements to better leverage the Group’s brand and customer assets.

Prior to joining Suncorp, Mark held senior Marketing roles with Telstra focused on customer segments, and bundling across fixed, mobile, internet and Pay TV services. Mark also spent 14 years with the BHP Group, including responsibility for development of new markets in the US and Mexico a range of senior roles responsible for profit and loss accountability in key Australian markets.
