Vero wins gold at Mansfield Awards four years in a row
Vero will add another gold to their trophy cabinet after taking out the win for the fourth year in a row at the Mansfield Awards.

Vero has taken out the Gold Mansfield Award for Claims Excellence for the fourth year in a row at the Mansfield’s annual insurance industry awards event. Alongside Gold, the team was also voted best in the SME Property & Casualty Award for the third consecutive time.
It’s a great achievement that recognises the hard work of Vero’s claims team and reaffirms that their continued investment in Best in Class Claims is hitting the mark with brokers and customers.
Vero Head of Commercial Property and Specialty Claims, Luke Whenman, accepted the awards on behalf of the team, saying he’s proud of the team and the commitment they show to consistently deliver a market leading claim experience.
“It’s an honour to receive these awards again this year and shows the progress we’ve made towards our vision to deliver a Best in Class Claims service,” he said.

The Mansfield Awards is an annual industry awards event recognising claims excellence in Australia. They highlight the important role that claims professionals play in the insurance industry and name the best in their field.
The awards, now in their seventh year, are named in honour of the British Lord Chief Justice who introduced the industry to the principle of utmost good faith some 250 years ago.
