Dow Jones Sustainability Index
Suncorp became a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (Australia) and awarded Industry Mover status in S&P Global's 2021 Sustainability Yearbook, after recording the strongest year on year performance improvement in the insurance industry globally.
CDP
Suncorp has participated since 2011 as both a reporting company and as an asset owner and manager.
FTSE4Good Index
Suncorp has been included in the Index since 2013. FTSE4Good reviews publicly available information on listed companies and screens for performance against ESG standards.
Sustainalytics
Suncorp has participated in Sustainalytics ESG Risk Ratings since 2016.
Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI)
MSCI publish a ESG Ratings & Climate tool.
Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS)
Suncorp has participated in the ISS ESG QualityScore assessment since 2017.

United Nations Environmental Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI)
UNEP FI is a partnership between UNEP and the global financial sector to mobilise private sector finance for sustainable development. Suncorp is a signatory to all three UNEP FI frameworks, which are aimed at integrating sustainability into financial market practice.
Business for Societal Impact (B4SI)
Suncorp has been a member of B4SI (previously London Benchmarking Group) since 2009. B4SI provides the global standard for measuring and benchmarking corporate community investment.
Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)
Suncorp has been a signatory to the PRI since 2019, joining more than half the world's institutional Investors who apply the Principles to their investment decisions. Suncorp's PRI Transparency report is available below.
Principles for Sustainable Insurance (PSI)
Suncorp became a signatory to the PSI in 2019, with the aim of working with the industry and other stakeholders to reduce risk, develop innovative solutions, improve business performance, and contribute to environmental, social and economic sustainability.
Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
In 2018, Suncorp become one of the first 250 companies globally to become a signatory to the Financial Stability Board's TCFD. The framework guides Suncorp's financial risk disclosures that are associated with climate change, including physical, liability and transition risks. Suncorp's Climate-related Financial Disclosure is included in our Annual Report.
RE100
Suncorp is a member of the RE100 global corporate renewable energy initiative which brings together hundreds of businesses committed to 100 per cent renewable energy un an aim to accelerate a global shift to clean energy and zero carbon grids.
Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA)
This year, Suncorp was recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by WGEA, an Australian Government statutory agency, for the eighth consecutive year, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to advancing gender equality and promoting inclusion at all levels of our organisation. Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)
Suncorp has been recognised on the CIPS Global Corporate Ethical Register for our commitment to safeguarding against unethical conduct in procurement. We complete an annual capability assessment and formal submission to achieve ongoing recognition.
