On 8 March Suncorp will be celebrating International Women’s Day and the theme of #BalanceForBetter. Gender balance doesn’t only benefit women, it is essential for economies and communities to thrive.
Suncorp is proud to be acknowledged as a leading employer of women. This year we were recognised for the sixth time as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
Balance is a commitment that is achieved with focus. Suncorp has clear objectives with fifty percent of our Board, senior leadership team and all leader roles now held by women.
We do this because we recognize Suncorp will be its best when our workforce represents the diverse, talented and passionate communities in which we operate.
On International Women’s Day this Friday, and every day, we celebrate the women of our business community who commit and inspire in an organization dedicated to leading the pack in a ‘balance for better.’
